What legal agreements is the reseller asked to sign?
Resellers are required to fill out and sign an account application form. Initial orders are billed to a credit card while subsequent orders can be billed to the account itself.
Does a reseller need to re-sign the agreement on a regular basis?
No, just one time to set up the initial account.
Under what conditions can a reseller account be suspended or put on hold?
Resellers found in arrears after 90 days will have their accounts put on hold until paid in full.
What marketing materials are available to resellers?
Resellers may request:
- Counter display for stamps
- Stamp/namebadge sample case
- Invoice stuffers
- Email blast artwork
- In-store posters
- Editable PDF order form
- Size charts

What kind of discount does a reseller receive?
Resellers receive 40% off retail price on most stamping products with a few exceptions. All catalogue product pages are letter coded with the appropriate discount for easy reference.
Do resellers have to follow suggested retail pricing?
Resellers can set pricing at their own discretion.
How does a reseller place an order? Is there a minimum amount?
Resellers can call in, email, or fax to place an order. Minimum $15.00 per order.
How does shipping work?
We will ship as specified on your order or by the best way. Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. On request or when required, we will ship collect or C.O.D. A handling charge will be applied on a per shipment basis.
Drop shipments: Available to any destination, but charged at standard shipping rates. If all your orders are drop shipped to your client we can set up generic packaging slips to be included with each shipment.
Shortages: Claims for shortages must be presented within 15 days of receipt of goods to be considered.
**If reseller yearly sales are over $3000: Reseller has the option to receive free shipping once a week on the day of their choice.
Annual sales incentive
Resellers with annual sales over $3000 have the option to receive free shipping once a week on the day of their choice.
All goods furnished hereunder are warranted to be within our quality standards for such goods. Our liability, in any event, is limited to your net purchase of such goods or, at our option, to the replacement of such goods upon their return to us — transportation charges prepaid.
Our custom ProStamp, PS Upright Stamp, Xstamper stamp, and Mark Maker Embosser are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own them, under normal usage, proper care and proper re-inking. The stamps must be re-inked with our re-inking ink of the same colour and stamp type. Should something occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamp or embosser with the same size, style, impression and colour of the original defective model. The product must be returned where purchased.
What are the stipulations on returns?
Merchandise shipped in error or found to be defective may be returned for full credit. No Merchandise will be accepted for return later than 15 days after shipment without prior authorization. Merchandise other than made-to-order products, returned for any reason other than error, may be accepted (upon approval) for credit less 20% restocking charge.
Can orders be cancelled?
Orders cancelled during production will be charged for the work completed at the time of cancellation including proofs.
